Refunds
Learning on Padhaai is free, so there is nothing to buy and nothing to be refunded for. This policy exists only for voluntary contributions.
Nothing here is a purchase
A contribution buys nothing — not access, not features, not priority. Every student has the same product whether their family has contributed or not.
If you contributed by mistake
Write to support@padhaai.com within 14 days and we will refund it, no reasons required. Mistakes with money are stressful and we are not going to make you argue for one back.
How refunds are returned
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 working days to appear.
Recurring contributions
You can stop a recurring contribution at any time and it stops from the next cycle. Amounts already given are not automatically returned, but the 14-day rule above still applies to the most recent one.
